Description: ------------ All we need at the bug reporting stage is a valid email. The confirmation page can request a user/pass as a precondition for displaying the bug or comment. handle can be stored as #salt where salt is the salt sent to the user, for easy deleting of spam bugs/comments. bug/comment emails should not be sent until the user confirms identity

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
