Description: ------------ Hello, The abstract class 'Frontend.php' is missing some essential abstract methods that are used inside PEAR. Because of the weak typing this gives no errors, but for developers it is confusing: PEAR developers don't know what they may use, and Frontend developers don't know what they should implement. Attached patch adds the abstract methods runPostinstallScripts(), outputData() and userDialog() with documentation. These are the only public methods currently used by PEAR to display data.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better. I tweaked the doc comments extensively
