Description: ------------ While the bug list shows dates/times as local server time, the bug detail page lists them as UTC. I would suggest that the bug list also uses UTC. As a feature request I would like to see that the local time zone of the user would be taken into account for time display. (Does the browser submit such a header?)

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better. Open a new request for the user browser thingy, tho IMHO it's a bit too much, not really required.
