Description: ------------ The PHP version list in the bug tracker is not up-to-date. PHP 4.4.6, 4.4.7, and 5.2.2 are missing. A possibility to sync this list with php.net would be reasonable addition. (I could simply update the list in CVS, but an automated solution would be better.)

php.net does not provide any simple way to determine what versions of PHP have been released. This has been requested in whining fashion by me many times :)

We could parse http://www.php.net/releases/index.php (especially the select box on the left), but that's not really a solution (and the current 4.x and 5.x releases are not listed). Greg, did you request such a list at some official place or only by asking PHP people? Requesting it on bugs.php.net might help maybe.

Daniel, I had already reported this myself: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=41355 Thanks anyway.

I have a cronjob ready and some modifications to the bug system that will allow us to update this auto ... I'm just pushing Hannes to do those feeds and then I can finish the script and I'll post the patch here :)

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better. Well it's ready on the bug side (not a big change I might add) and the cron is ready but Hannes still hasn't done his part of the work so we'll have to hand edit this for now.
