Description: ------------ I was trying to convert this package.xml [1] to the v.2 version, with the "pear convert" command, but the process failed with the error message below. If this helps, the package does not have required dependencies, they're all optional. [1] http://cvs.php.net/viewvc.cgi/pear/Translation2/package.xml?revision=1.110&view=markup Expected result: ---------------- package2.xml successfully created Actual result: -------------- Invalid tag order in <dependencies>, found <optional> expected one of "required" PEAR_Packagefile_v2::toPackageFile: invalid package.xml

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.
