Description: ------------ pear package-validate does not output any warnings even if pear package does, they should be in sync in that regard since it makes sense that package-validate and package would validate exactly the same way and output the same warnings / errors

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better. The reason for this was because the package validate function: doPackageValidate was doing a !$valid and assuming $valid === false meaning error OR warning but in reality it was only errors I changed the behavior to match pear package, only show the errors until they are resolved, then start showing the warnings.
