Description: ------------ Bug A and B are assigned to roadmap X, A gets fixed and release X goes out then the reporter for bug A gets a email going something like: "Hi, a new version of package Y has been released and it contains a fix for bug A that you reported" Think of this as a more warmth towards our end users and keeping them more in the loop, essentially eliminating the need to constantly check the site for new releases and just to encourage quicker adaption of the new release.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.
