Description: ------------ The path to my SVN exe is "c:\Program Files\svn\bin\svn.exe" and without quotes around the full path, the command doesn't work. I tried using the tilde "c:\Progra~1\svn\bin\svn.exe", but the escapeshellcmd removes the tilde. escapeshellcmd also removed any quotes you wrap around the command. Setting $use_escapeshellcmd = false fixes this. Would be nice to have this as a config option.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better. The use_escapeshellcmd setting is now ignored, and the full generated $cmd is escaped to allow statements such as "C:\Program Files\SVN\bin\svn.exe" info "C:\Repo With Space". NOTE: escaping paths containing spaces *remains* the responsibility of the calling class!
