The constant names used in Text_CAPTCHA_Numeral are way too long; the duplicate the class name:
Text_CAPTCHA_Numeral::TEXT_CAPTCHA_NUMERAL_COMPLEXITY_ELEMENTARY
Text_CAPTCHA_Numeral::TEXT_CAPTCHA_NUMERAL_COMPLEXITY_HIGHSCHOOL
Text_CAPTCHA_Numeral::TEXT_CAPTCHA_NUMERAL_COMPLEXITY_UNIVERSITY
Please shorten them by removing "TEXT_CAPTCHA_NUMERAL_" from them. For BC reasons, keep the old ones, but please offer shorter ones, too.

This bug has been fixed in SVN.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
