Description: ------------ If a static element is added to repeat, its content is effectively removed when a backupChildAttributes() / restoreChildAttributes() cycle is performed, as is done in getChildValues(), validate() and render(). getValue() for statics always returns null while setValue() is equivalent to setContent().
