The class should get a parser to read DTA files and extract the content.
Maybe also add additional output methods (CSV, HTML, JSON)?

Everyone interested in this should try the current version from SVN.

The parser seems to work now, so I promote 1.4.0 to beta in order to release a stable at the end of the month.
