Some small CS/docs issues, however nothing that cannot be fixed in cvs: About Matthew's comment, I'm not sure we still have to prefix private/protected with underscores. One thing to solve prior to commit in the location of the files. I do not think you need exceptions for this package, also why having an empty extended exception?
